IEM Registration

Dear CUTEC members,

Are you interested to join the Institute of Engineers, Malaysia (IEM)? Now is your chance to do so as CUTEC is here to help all interested members with their IEM registrations. Listed below is what you are required to do:

1. Download the registration form and fill it. Please remember to read the instructions thoroughly before filling it out.



2. For your information, you are joining IEM as a ‘Student Member’. Part of the registration form has been attached (IEM sample.jpg) to help those who are having trouble filling up the form.



3. Along with the completed form, please attach:
   1 x Foundation/degree certificate of completion (Photocopied)
   1 x Identification card, IC / MyCard (Photocopied)
   1 x Passport sized photo
   Rm 20 (registration fee)
   Rm 3 (Postage fee)



4. Your photostated certificates and IC have to be certified. You can do this through the Student Services counter.



5. Submit your form at these times:
   Submission Booth
   Date: Mon (14/9) - Wed (16/9)
   Time: 11.00 pm - 1.00 pm
   Venue: Cafeteria



6. Incomplete forms or attachments will be returned to the applicant, so do please make sure that your forms are complete.
