General Meeting 2009 (II) After Event

Our General Meeting has ended successfully! Welcome old and new members to CUTEC, we hope you'll participate in our upcoming activities! The overall response for the GM was pretty good, and we would like to thank all who had spent their precious Saturday morning with us!

Overview : The day started off with member registration & attendance check while people gradually turned up. Speeches proceeded, treasurer report was laid out, activity & project report were briefed. The parachute game followed and members were divided into 4 groups (find out who the winners are below!) Lastly, there were filling refreshments & entertaining clips towards the end of the meeting. Enjoy the pictures. ^^

Mr. Caption on holiday. He will be back soon. -.- Back yo.

Committee introduction. All in Black ah, so cool. Hahaha, buy our T-shirt now for extra coolness!

Our happy president giving a short speech.

Hmmm, food...nice nice. He'll probably stay throughout the GM.

Mr. Terence Tan giving a stimulating speech. Hahaha, I wonder if the Trebuchet thing still bothers him.

Mr. Cheng's speech time. His prescence as our advisor means a lot to us :D

Representive for Institute Engineers of Malaysia!

I think, this reaction is caused by speech allergy...

Regret not coming to our GM, right right? *evil laugh*

Make a parachute from these?! I'm not sure I want to try it on...Might fall, y'know, not yet buy insurance...

Group 1 - Cut First, Plan Later. Or see what else can cut also can...

Why shy? Don't shy ba~ Not shy ah? Oh, give me five issit? Nah, five back you, don't say me rude ah.

Group 3 - Strategy Planning. Wah seh, harder than Counter Strike...

Group 4 - Calm Down & Think Strategy. But how ah, still cannot think eh. Aiya don't worry, calm down, calm down...

Oh noes! One of our engineers has surrendered from game stress!! (oi my friend, barely started yet...)

Our Mr. OC thinks the parachute is lonely. I think you both are lonely creatures. I see our activity director agrees too...

You poke a hole here, then I help you steal the biscuit. We each profit 50-50 ok?

Zoom in the prize for the game winners! I think, the ribbon is not big enough hahaha!

Trying to find radio signal.

Umbrella too small...

Can wear in Harry Potter movie...

Want fly kite?

If you see a shoe mark on that table, you know why now XD

To the field...to test 'parachutes'!

Smallest Parachute in the hands of its proud parents! Please do not judge a parachute by its newspaper. It actually works...or maybe floats a bit only BUT it works. :D

WINNERS!!! Eh? Why Miss President hold onto the prize so tightly? Not willing to let go issit?

Food leftovers! They are asking to be tapao-ed (take away).

Woohoo, a group photo! It was a fun, and we hope to see you there next time too!
