To all CUTEC members,

Are you interested to join IEM (The Institution of Engineers Malaysia), CUTEC is here to help all the cutec members to register themselves become member of IEM. What you need to do is just download the form IEM official website . Your download will begin in a moment. If it doesn't, click here to try again.

Submit the form to CUTEC by next week (as of this date), we will have a booth only for the submission of the IEM registration form, please enclose all the things which are required to complete the registration as we do not send in an incomplete form, so please make sure the form is completed.

General Meeting 2009 (I)

In this particular CUTEC General Meeting, we will be going to have a new committee members' election. If you think you are up for it and wish to contribute to our club, you are more welcome to volunteer during the allocated session. The new committee members are selected based on the number of undisclosed votes. Refreshments will be provided as well!

CUTEC Fellowship Gathering 2008 (Sem 2)

A big "sorry" for the long wait but here are the photos from our 2008 Sem 2 CUTEC Fellowship Gathering! =)

CUTEC Fellowship Gathering 2008 (Sem 2)

Hi, everyone! The long awaited end-of-sem fellowship gathering is here! It's party time!



As custom insists, CUTEC will be having our annual CUTEC Fellowship Gathering Party this October.

We gathered that everyone has been busy with all the assignments and projects throughout this semester. Feeling stressed? If so, why not spare some time and relax for a moment with us? Get involved and interact with all CUTEC members!

As for details, our fellowship gathering will be on the 25th October 2008, starting from 4.00pm to 6.00pm at Taman Selera Beach.

Food, drinks and interesting games will be provided in the gathering. All of these are specially provided for all with the aim of interactions among members of our club.

It is free for all CUTEC members and only RM5 for non-members. Transportation will be provided for those living in Senadin Area. So, please kindly register you name and contact us if you are interested.

For those who live in Senadin Area and without transportation, please inform us as soon as possible so that we can make arrangement early.

The party is limited to 50 members only. We apply the 'First Come First Serve' basis, so do hurry! Be sure to join us there!

"Engineers, Are You Industry-Ready?" Seminar

Dear fellow members,

Does the word resume chill you up from head-to-toe?
Panicked at the idea of facing those job interviews in the future?

We are pleased to invite Mr. Terence Tan, our lecturer to talk about “Tips on Interview & Resume Writing” to get you prepared when facing such situations.

"Which major is more suitable for me?"
"Am I on the right path?"

We have also invited speakers from IEM (Institute Engineers Malaysia), each in different major (Chemical, Civil, Electrical & Mechanical) to give a career talk. They will be sharing their working experiences and give us some advices.

Foundation and First Year students will find this seminar an eye-opening opportunity. By joining this seminar, we hope your uncertainty will slightly be reduced. This may well be a great chance for you to start deciding your major.

As for Second, Third and Final year students, you may join us in the talk if you wishs to.

Getting to know the engineers and the jobs they do will enlighten us with a sneak peek into their daily life. It will be most interesting to know more of the practicality of the theories we've learned. Do join us!

It’s FREE for all members, and only RM5 for non-members. Refreshment is provided as well.
